I am the author, Jacqueline T. Small. I was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and I continue to reside in the Philadelphia area. I have earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Temple University and a Masters degree in Education from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania. Recently, I have graduated from San Jose State University with a Masters degree in Library and Information Science.

My novels are partially historical fiction and contemporary fiction, because a retrospective of the characters' ancestors deems explanation. But, my novels are set in a contemporary small town, named Freedomtown.
